Zinc-rich Fluorine Carbon Paint
Our products undergo a rigorous 10-step painting process, including a 6-layer zinc-rich fluorine carbon paint, to ensure longevity and prevent rust, corrosion, and peeling, which is often a problem with standard powder coating finishes. This ensures that our products will stand the test of time, even in the toughest of environments.
Glazing Beads
Our steel doors come finished with a glazing bead to the outside that hides the silicone caulking for a superior finish and seal.
Hinges
We use hot rolled integrated heavy-duty hinges for strong load bearing, wear resistance and long service life. This stops any potential future door sinking.
