W20

The foundation of steel windows, where it all began.

The foundations of the profile were introduced in 1912, this was the original steel window profile of choice. Today W20 is used for wide range of window styles including fixed, casement and awnings.

For extremely slender requirements, the W20 range offers a ultra slim look, which allows to further lighten the visual impact of the frames and maximin daylight of glass.

W37

Traditional steel doors, for the new generation.

Our W37 system is our slimmest range widely used for large range of internal doors styles. Made from quality solid steel, it offers the thinnest line of sight without sacrificing strength or quality.

The W37 System is made from solid hot-rolled, galvanized carbon steel. The result will boast both beauty and endurance, leaving a lasting impression in any home.

A defined system, designed for external advanced sealing.

Our W50 profile is designed for maximum sealing for external door use. Unlike other systems on the market, our profile meets the requirements of AS 2047-2014.

Thermally broken profile, cold rolled galvanized carbon steel with fiber glass thermal isolator. Designed for the ever-changing thermal requirements in Australia.

All our products are made from the highest quality carbon steel. We offer many different profiles systems based on performance and budget requirements. We offer the following types of steel profiles:

Approximately 35-40 kg per square meter for single glazed and 50-60 kg per square meter for double glazed.

At Omnia steel, we don’t make the experience difficult and request unnecessary door production details to receive a quotation! Our process is designed to be simple and hassle free.

Once you receive a quotation based on the door style selected and wish to proceed with the order. The below simple steps will be followed.

Step 1: Deposit payment

  • Any orders under $10,000 full payment will be required
  • Any orders over $10,000 50% deposit will be required   

Step 2: Door confirmation details

Once payment is received, we will send you an draft CAD drawing to confirm the below finer details as each Omnia Steel door is custom made to your requirements.

  • Confirmed external height and width
  • Opening direction viewed from outside
  • Handle opening side
  • Handle option
  • Handle height from FFL (finished floor level)
  • Bead location (inside or outside)
  • Installation method (tabs or holes)

Step 3: CAD drawings sign-off

Once the above is confirmed, final CAD drawings will be provided for sign-off within 5-7 business days. It is strongly recommended the shop drawings are review and approved by your registered builder or carpenter to avoid any misunderstanding. Omnia Steel doors are handmade and no alternations are possible once delivered.

Step 4: Production

Your order will go into production, no changes will be possible once drawings are confirmed. Depending on the time of year, lead times will vary between 10-14 weeks from approval of shop drawings to site delivery. Our office will be in contact to provide updates on how your order in tracking.

Step 5: Final invoice and delivery

Final balance will be required 5 days prior to delivery confirmation to ensure a smooth delivery to site.  

Step 6: Site glazing

Any orders that require on-site glazing due to weight, this will be arranged once doors have been installed.

At Omnia Steel, all our products are custom-made to order. We do not offer any standard sizing as each customer requirements are unique and different.

Based on door style, turnaround and scale of order. Omnia Steel products are manufactured in Melbourne or at our facility in China. Each door is securely packaged and delivered Australia wide, ensuring safe and secure delivery of our top-quality products.
